Most onboardings are scoped as a one-time project so the monthly seat price stays clean. We quote it up front after the assessment — never a surprise.
A seat is an active person we support. Servers, shared devices, and infrastructure are folded into the plan rather than billed per machine.
Yes. Move between Foundation, Managed, and Strategic whenever it fits. Because we're month-to-month, there's no penalty for adjusting.
Day-to-day support and maintenance are covered. Larger projects — migrations, build-outs, big rollouts — are quoted separately so you stay in control of the budget.
